2004 ANTEPROYECTO DE 30 VIVIENDAS DE PROTECCIÓN OFICIAL en la calle Oporto (Badia de Vallés)
Las 30 viviendas de este edificio están destinadas al realojo, principalmente por motivos de salubridad, ventilación y asoleamiento de las casas actuales. Por ello en la distribución general de las unidades hemos querido ir más allá de los criterios mínimos y el 100% de las viviendas tiene en la apertura de la sala más de una hora de sol entre las 10h y las 14h solares en el solsticio de invierno, y todos tienen también la posibilidad de ventilación cruzada.
Varias razones nos han llevado a tomar la decisión de resolver el aparcamiento en planta baja en vez de hacerlo subterráneo.

3. por aprovechamiento espacial
4. por salubridad, vistas y privacidad
La superfice de pasos comunes se reduce, asumiendo tres viviendas por rellano pero sin renunciar a las ventilaciones cruzadas por otro lado se han proyectado de manera que se conciban como espacios agradables que potencien la relación vecinal.

Les 30 habitatges d'aquest edifici estan destinades
al reallotjament, principalment per motius de salubritat,
ventilació i assolellament de les cases
actuals. Per això en la distribució general de les unitats hem volgut anar més enllà dels criteris mínims i el
100% dels habitatges té en l'obertura de la sala més d'una hora
de sol entre les 10h i les 14h solars en el solstici d'hivern , i tots tenen també la possibilitat de ventilació creuada.
Diverses raons ens han portat a prendre la decisió de resoldre l'aparcament en planta baixa en
comptes de fer-ho subterrani.

La superfice de passos comuns es redueix,
assumint tres habitatges per replà però sense
renunciar a les ventilacions creuades d'altra banda
s'han projectat de manera que es concebin com a espais agradables
que potenciïn la relació veïnal.

The 30 homes in this building are designed to
